Attentive service without being intrusive. The food was very good (I had the liver) and the price was fair.

So far there have been four times for dinner and four times great! Good food and very nice atmosphere. In addition, everyone is very nice and accommodating.

I have to be honest, one of the nicest restaurants I've ever seen. Thanks to the new team (waiters) there is now a nice, varied atmosphere. The restaurant is also next to a beautiful adventure park, which creates even more variety. Family-friendly and the customer is king is very important there. The food tasted great and the waiting time wasn't long at all. I can only recommend going back! You will be amazed at the difference a new team can make. Cheers to the new TEAM keep it up!

We went to eat here for the first time (09/29/2020). The reviews irritated us and nobody wants to throw their money out the window. But we wanted to try it out. The staff was friendly, the order was taken very quickly, it wasn't busy. When re-ordering, however, the service is a long time coming and was no longer courteous. The food was actually lukewarm and tasteless, as many guests write here. Ice-cold rooms, we weren't comfortable. No recommendation ...

Very friendly and attentive staff. The baby calamari from the grill and the dessert were incredibly delicious! The food came for all 15 people at the same time. We'd love to come back :-)

There are no 0 points otherwise I would give them 0 points. Unfortunately not met expectations. The five-point ratings from guests (friends-staff), I cannot honestly imagine deserving. The employees prefer to talk to each other instead of serving the guests. The unnecessary waiting time for the menu (30 minutes) could not be explained for us. The corona rules do not exist here at all. I also don't want to go into much hygiene, what I observed on the way to the toilet because I got lost. My friend wanted new cutlery, but then the guest is informed that they do have cutlery. What more should I write? Maybe the cutlery is dirty or has fallen on the floor? Too bad, but it is actually a disaster as many have reported on Google. If the service, ambience, hygiene and price performance are not right, why should we come. Never again thanks!

It was the first time we were at Kavala Kik Ingolstadt with 4 people, which we have taken from the press. We already know the great restaurant in Kösching and we hoped it would be just as great here. But unfortunately :-( we waited 1.5 hours for our food, then it was served lukewarm, that doesn't work. A starter was forgotten, but it was calculated, but half the worst can happen, we only noticed it at home. Many guests were also dissatisfied, which we noticed immediately. It will certainly be because the walking distances are too far until the food comes on the table. Opening a second restaurant after only 1 year is very risky, which the reviews confirm. We like to remain loyal guests in your restaurant in Kösching, which we think is great, but unfortunately never here again. We are sorry :-(

We cannot understand the negative reviews. Today was our first time in Kavala in Klenzepark, the service and the food were excellent! No long waiting times and super friendly staff! We would like to come again. The four girls from table 107 :-)

Very cozy beer garden right in the beautiful Klenzepark, we just had a drink and let our walk end. Everything was great, we'd love to come back!

Unfortunately no lunch menu although there is one on the homepage. Only applies to Kösching. So expensive for lunch. Portions were huge though. Salad too much iceberg lettuce. Service friendly. But confused a dish. And to swap the bill when two tables are occupied ... well. Not even a proper bill, just a number. A lack of language skills make this even more difficult. And there was no ouzo! We won't be back. Pity!

NO THANKS! Long waiting times for staff as well as for food and drinks. We were disappointed at the weekend, but everyone deserves a second chance, we thought. Once again, you wait more than 30 minutes for the waitress to hopefully be noticed. Then again wait almost an hour for the food, that is no longer acceptable. After 9 p.m. we don't feel like gyros either. The service was very passable, the young boss was very arrogant and disinterested. Criticism is only listened to and that's it. Service and food bad, unfortunately no recommendation, since the second time disappointed.

Disaster and staff. The waitress treated us not like guests, but like small children. Not only did she do it all, no, also a rude tone. But first you wait until someone even feels like serving you. The portions were normal and the skewers were good, but nothing special. Side salad with some lettuce, a piece of tomato and cucumber. My french fries were a bit more there, floating in oil. So not tasty either. We weren't expecting much. But that it would be so bad at these prices was disappointing. We will NOT go there again. But if you want to be treated miserably, then here you go. There are enough other very good Greek restaurants in Ingolstadt than you.

Price / performance ratio OK, nice garden in Klenzepark. Nice service. Unfortunately the starter and main course were brought at the same time.

+ My dish was very tasty, especially the squid was very soft, but the food was at most lukewarm + the service noticed our displeasure and tried to be accommodating - It took us almost two hours from entering the restaurant to eating. After about an hour we could only order. The waiting time is a no-go - The service was, unfortunately, extremely in need of improvement, from long waiting times to obvious lack of planning to non-compliance with the current hygiene regulations regarding mask requirements. Unfortunately, very disappointing and not a recommendation as long as the service remains at this level. Two stars only because my dish was very good.

Was there for the first time. Reception was friendly. Service a little slow. Food was ok. But it didn't knock us off our feet. Long waiting time to order, long waiting time for drinks, long waiting time for eating and long waiting time for paying. Team felt a little disorganized. Conclusion was ok but nothing more.

Friendly welcome, nice atmosphere in the beer garden, candlelight food. The food was very good, the sequence of dishes was perfect, we had just finished the cold starter platter when the main courses came. The waitresses were friendly and attentive, so we were assigned a table that had just been disinfected. The cutlery was only brought with the starter, everything was exemplary. The beer garden is well attended, so it is advisable to make a reservation. All in all a nice evening with a very tasty meal in pleasant surroundings. The price for three people was approx. € 20 p.p. Including starter and drinks very appropriate. We would love to come back, thank you very much.
